Alongside his wife, Nordana de la Rosa, who plays a fundamental role in the restaurant’s success, Chef Juan has created a family-run establishment that celebrates the rich culinary traditions of Puerto Rico. Together, they have dedicated their lives to bringing the authentic flavors of the island to their guests, using fresh ingredients and perfected techniques.

I went to eat at el Pegao today and I have nothing but positive things to say about this place. My waitress was the sweetest. I made a mistake when I ordered my food, when it was brought to their attention the owner had no problem correcting it for me so I could enjoy my meal. I also HIGHLY recommend their pina coladas!

Food was good, good taste, Service was outstanding. Minimal Waiting time. My only observation is food portions could be a little bit more for the price paid(and I understand inflation) and would probably add some salad to the mofongos. Otherwise great atmosphere and ambience.
